I COOPERATION

Our offer is exclusively directed to advertising agencies and companies operating in the advertising market who conduct promotional activities, run advertising campaigns, and organize events, as well as design and sale promotional gifts. If you are an end customer, please contact us at: marketing@macma.pl, and we will recommend reliable advertising agencies to you.

To initiate cooperation with us, you need to register on the website www.macma.pl by filling in the registration form. Once the information you have submitted has been verified by our employee, your account will be activated and you will have access to the www.macma.pl website - we will send you a registration confirmation email. Upon registration, you will be assigned an Account Manager and an agency discount. All necessary information will be provided to you via email.

Registration on the www.macma.pl website is essential if you want to cooperate with us. As a registered user, after logging in you can:

1. Place orders through the online shop and check order history.
2. Access invoices and shipping documents.
3. Calculate prices for products and customization.
4. See buying prices after the agency discount.
5. Negotiate buying prices.
6. Benefit from promotional offers.
7. Use free sales support tools.
8. Use free marketing materials.
9. Subscribe to the newsletter.
10. Use the web API.

II PAYMENTS AND PRICES

All prices, both on the www.macma.pl website and in the catalogues, are net prices. 

Companies who start cooperation with us are initially assigned a purchase limit of 500 EUR. As the collaboration develops, the limit can be increased, subject to prior agreement with your Account Manager.

The standard payment term is 14 calendar days. As our cooperation continues and develops, the payment term may be extended, subject to prior agreement with your Account Manager.

The prices shown on the product lists, product pages, and in the catalogues are net catalogue prices. Advertising agencies are entitled to an agency discount, which is individually negotiated with the Account Manager. The standard discount for agencies starting cooperation with us is 10% off the catalogue prices. As the cooperation develops, the discount can be increased after prior agreement with the Account Manager. The pricing for customization can be calculated on the www.macma.pl website after logging in, using the calculator. The current Marking price list is available after logging in to the customer panel in the "DOWNLOADS" section.

NOTE: We make every effort to ensure that our offer is competitively priced, so in the case of large orders, there is a possibility of negotiating the price – we encourage you to use of the price negotiator available on the website.

III ORDERS NAD OFFERS

Orders can be placed through the online shop or with your Account Manager via email. We do not accept phone orders.

Our Customer Service Office operates from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. If ordering from a country located in a different time zone than Poland, please take into account possible time differences.

There is no required minimum order quantity or order value.

NOTE: For some printing methods, there is a flat rate for small quantities. Usually, the most optimal prices for printing start at 50 pieces.

Stock levels are presented on the list of products and on product pages. Stock levels are visible to all users of the website - both logged in and not logged in. "In stock - 24h" means that the products are available "right away" from our local warehouse. "In stock - 2-3 days" means that the goods are in our central warehouse, so we need 2-3 days to bring them to Poland.

NOTE: In the case of brand offer, delivery times are usually slightly longer - from 4 to 10 days. And "Delivery" specifies the planned quantity and its expected delivery date.

NOTE: The given availability and deadlines do not include the time needed for product customization. The estimated time required for printing can be found here.

The order delivery time depends on the availability of products and the workload at the print house.

  1. 24h: Products are in our local warehouse. Orders placed by 2:00 PM for products without customization will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM for products without customization will be shipped on the next working day.
  2. 2-3 days: Products are in the central warehouse. Shipment of non-customized products will take place within 2-3 working days.
  3. Delivery: Some products may not be available in our warehouses, and their delivery is planned. The prospective quantity and delivery date are visible on the list of products and on product pages.
  4. NOTE: For brand offer, delivery times are usually slightly longer, ranging from 4 to 10 days, and may occasionally become extended due to factors beyond our control that depend on the supplier.
  5. NOTE: In case of customization, the time needed for the printing service must be added. Estimated printing time can be found here.
  6. NOTE: Usually, delivery outside Poland takes 2 working days. However, please note that according to their terms and regulations, courier companies have 2-5 days for delivery.

The prices for product customization depend on the printing technique, number of colours, size of the print, and quantity. To calculate the exact cost of customization, we recommend using the calculator that can be found on the www.macma.pl website. The current Marking price list is available in the customer panel in the "DOWNLOADS" section.

Yes. To order a visualization of a product with customization, use the "order visualization" option available after logging in on the product page, or contact your Account Manager. The first visualization for a given project, as well as one revision of this project, are free of charge, so if you need several visualizations for different products, all of them will be free.

Yes. Using our online shop, you can order single pieces of products, for which an invoice is then issued. If you wish to return purchased samples, please contact your Account Manager; a corrective invoice will be issued upon the return of the samples. Remember: product samples must not be damaged or show signs of use, and this also concerns their individual packagings.

Yes. To request a price quote, use the form available here or email our Import Department at import@macma.pl.

If you want to estimate the cost of an order for customized products, use the calculator available on the product page or contact your Account Manager.

In our online shop, various types of special offers are available, each with a specified duration:
1. special offers on products without customization, e.g., on selected models of pens;
2. special offers on printing services, e.g., a discount on or special price for laser engraving;
3. discount codes that entitle you to a discount on purchases made through the online shop.
NOTE: Each special offer has a specified duration, a required minimum order quantity, and may include other conditions that are determined individually for this specific offer. You can find all your invoices in the customer panel after logging in to www.macma.pl

All the offers and quotes prepared for you by your Account Manager can be found in the customer panel; you can access them after logging in to the www.macma.pl website. In addition, the customer panel contains offers that you have prepared independently for your clients using the offer generator.

When placing an order through the online shop or with your Account Manager, please attach a file with the design (we need it to be a vector file, saved in curves - fonts and objects). If you have any additional comments regarding the customization, it is best to include them in the order comments section. After placing the order, our Graphic Department will prepare for you a visualization of the product with customization. We then await your approval or any comments you might have. Upon approval, the order is forwarded for processing.

NOTE: Customization based on an approved visualization which contains errors is not subject to complaint.

All marking techniques are categorized into specific marking groups, which determine the service costs. Each product is assigned a marking group or groups that can be found on the product page. Below is a list of marking group abbreviations along with their interpretations:

Marking service prices depend on the marking technique, the number of print places and colours, as well as the quantity. Each product in the online shop is assigned optimal marking groups, and the calculator allows you to calculate the marking costs for products.

V SHIPPING AND TRANSPORT

The transport costs depend on the order value and your customer status:

START UP Status: Free shipping for orders over 200 EUR net; below this value, the transport cost is 12 EUR net.
SILVER Status: Free shipping for orders over 200 EUR net; below this value, the transport cost is 12 EUR net.
GOLD Status: Free shipping for orders over 200 EUR net; below this value, the transport cost is 12 EUR net.
PLATINUM Status: Free shipping for all orders.

NOTE:  To secure safe shipping of ceramics, we take special measures to protect the package, which increases transport costs:
1-19 pcs - 12 EUR net
20-100 pcs - 70 EUR net
101-1081 pcs - 70 EUR net

NOTE: The prices provided apply to the shipment of goods to one address.

Shipping of goods takes place on working days. Courier companies usually deliver goods within 1-3 working days. It is possible to arrange a guaranteed next-day delivery at an additional cost – you can select this option in the shopping cart when placing the order or inform your Account Manager about your preference.

NOTE: Orders must be placed by 2PM, and this option applies only to products without customization.

NOTE: In the case of pallet shipments, the delivery of goods typically takes 2 working days.

NOTE: Usually, delivery outside Poland takes 2 working days. However, please note that according to their terms and regulations, courier companies have 2-5 days for delivery.

Yes - after prior arrangement with your Account Manager, it is possible to personally pick up the goods from our warehouse or print house.

Currently, our goods are delivered by the following courier companies: DPD, UPS, and DHL. Pallet shipments are handled by RABEN.

VI COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS

In case of discrepancies between the order and the actual condition of the goods or damage during transport, you can file a complaint. Please refer to the Complaints and Returns Regulations, available after logging in to www.macma.pl in the customer panel in the "DOWNLOADS" section. You will also find the Complaint Form there.

NOTE: In the case of visible product damage, defects, incorrect printing, etc., please attach photos of the products when filing a complaint. In terms of quantity-related complaints, please pay attention to the number of cartons listed on the waybill – do not sign the courier's receipt protocol if cartons are missing, as signing the shipping documents waives the right to complain to the courier company.

There is no possibility of returning customized products. Goods without marking can be returned within 14 days from the date of order delivery.

NOTE: Return conditions must be agreed upon in advance with your Account Manager. Details concerning returns are specified in the Complaints and Returns Regulations available after logging into the customer panel in the "DOWNLOADS" section.

Complaints are processed within 14 calendar days. After the complaint is reviewed, your Account Manager will contact you and inform you about the proposed solution. Details concerning complaints are specified in the Complaints and Returns Regulations available after logging in to the www.macma.pl website in the customer panel in the "DOWNLOADS" section.

The standard processing time for complaints is 14 days. More information regarding the submission of complaints can be found in the Complaints and Returns Regulations available after logging in to the www.macma.pl website in your customer panel in the "DOWNLOADS" section.

VII PRODUCT CATALOGUES

To order product catalogues, please log in to the www.macma.pl website. Then, use the search engine available in the shop or go to the customer panel. Click on the "DOWNLOADS" -> "CATALOGUES" tab, and then click on "Order catalogue". There is also an option to order the main catalogue "SUSTAINABLE PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS" with a custom cover - for this, please contact your Account Manager.

Online catalogues are free marketing tools that you can use at no cost. You can upload online catalogues to your website, share them in social media, or send them to your clients. Each catalogue can be downloaded in PDF format. You can find all the current catalogues on the www.macma.pl website in the "CATALOGUES" section and in the customer panel under "DOWNLOADS".
